① Inspection: The testing of a HCS furnace is done with the same care and attention to detail as the design and manufacturing stages. No HCS product gets its nameplate until it passes our rigorous test procedure.
② Before loading and delivery, we will send you the pictures and videos for you to check the quality, and also you can arrange for quality checking by yourself or by your contacts in China. Hiring a third party to do the inspection is also welcome.
③ Shipping logistics: Packing it with standard export wooden box after you confirm the goods is ok .When we ship your furnace, we take everything into account, making sure that anything that needs to be disassembled will be easily assembled.
I will send you a video and pictures of when the furnace is loaded into the container, so you can unload it in the same way but in reverse.
Our motto is to not leave anything to chance. When your furnace gets to you, it is safe, secure, and ready to be assembled.

① Warranty:
1.1 One-year limited manufacturer's warranty ( high temperature muffle pot 6 months)
1.2 Damage caused by major manufacturing defects during the warranty period shall be repaired free of charge by the manufacturer.
1.3 Damage occurring after the warranty period, the manufacturer charges the cost of spare parts at favorable price and labor for paid maintenance.
② Videos and drawings support:
Videos including the installation, adjusting, setting, maintenance are available; Drawings including the Installation drawings, circuit diagram and operation manual would be offer to our side and help you facilitate the installation procedure and effectively reduce your installation time.
③ Lifetime online technical and maintenance support:
Any doubt when you using the machine e recommend to building an instantly messaging group, consisting of you, me and our relevant engineer team , providing free technical online support and video technical support, . In the case, all kinds of information could be conveyed and problems solve instantly and not delay your production schedule.
④ Field installation:
Your furnace has to work the first time. If needed, our team will go oversea and help you assemble, install, and get fired up. Engineers available to send oversea for setting and maintenance, manpower charge is USD100/ day. Buyer shall be responsible for the costs of travel, accommodation of Seller’s technicians. We want you to start the next few decades of use as soon as possible. In simple words, The cost of our engineers from the time they left China is all on buyer.
